Nextier Fibre Fund
Nextier Fibre Fund will commence with the acquisition of a well-established Fibre Network Operator (FNO) as the anchor business. The strategy is to unlock returns through selected acquisitions, expansion of its offering into the township economy, and scaling its Fiber to the Business (FTTB) Offering and driving wholesale business on its long distance network. Beyond local consolidation, Nextier Fibre Fund will implement a considerable international expansion plan across the Africa, USA and Europe as focal commencement markets.
Nextier Securities is a bespoke private credit platform offering multi-issuer structured note solutions enabling the verticals we are building.
The solutions act as a scaler with access to significant capital pools for yielding assets as well as acting as an anti-dilution mechanism for equity investors.
